Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform regular system maintenance including refrigerant recharging, filter replacement, and coil cleaning
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and resource allocation
- Stay updated on industry advancements and HVAC technology innovations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an AC Technician or HVAC specialist (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Certification in HVAC technology or refrigeration systems (Kolej Vokasional certification accepted)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and thermodynamics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and test equipment for AC systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition to handle installation, lifting, and confined space work
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
