Tanggung Jawab
- Perform inspection, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components in accordance with technical manuals.
- Conduct functional testing of repaired components to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and test results in the digital maintenance tracking system.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues on aircraft components using precision measurement tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment following 5S and aerospace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily repair targets and turnaround times.
- Participate in regular technical training sessions to stay updated with the latest aviation industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- ITE/Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Previous experience in an aviation maintenance environment is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are welcome.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and aircraft maintenance manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks.
- Good command of English (written and verbal) for technical documentation purposes.
- Ability to work shifts or extended hours if required by operational needs.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
