- Coordinate daily flight operations and ground handling activities
- Optimize flight schedules to maximize operational efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols
- Proactively resolve operational issues and implement contingency plans
- Communicate effectively with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control
- Monitor weather conditions and operational impacts on flights
- Maintain accurate documentation of all operational activities
- Train and mentor new staff on standard operating procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in airport or airline operations
- Fluency in Mandarin (required) and English (professional proficiency)
- Deep knowledge of ICAO regulations and airline safety standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in airline operation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
- Valid Indonesian work authorization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
