Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily vessel operations and port activities to ensure smooth functionality
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, and crew members for operational efficiency
- Monitor cargo loading/unloading procedures and vessel maintenance schedules
- Enforce safety regulations and emergency response protocols
- Prepare operational reports, compliance documentation, and voyage records
- Manage crew training and safety drills to maintain operational standards
- Optimize port logistics to minimize turnaround times and maximize vessel utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or related field
- Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner) with minimum 5 years operational experience
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL)
- Proven experience in vessel management and port operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in maritime software and navigation systems
