In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring a secure environment for passengers, staff, and cargo. You will be entrusted with monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding swiftly to any security breaches or emergencies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the airport terminal and restricted areas to deter crime and ensure safety.
- Monitor CCTV screens and access control points to identify and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Control access points, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with inquiries and directing them to appropriate facilities.
- Complete accurate incident reports and logbooks for all activities and observations made during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel during major events or emergencies.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Industry Development Authority (SIDA) license is mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Clean criminal record and good moral character.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions precisely.
