Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct access control duties at designated entry and exit points.
- Perform passenger and baggage screening using specialized security technology.
- Conduct regular foot patrols within the terminal and transit areas to detect suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report irregularities to the command center immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance to passengers while ensuring compliance with airport regulations.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document security reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Candidates with a valid PLRD security license will have a distinct advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a strong sense of integrity, discipline, and professional accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse crowds.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure situations.
- A clean criminal record and the ability to pass rigorous security background checks.
