Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive alumni engagement strategies to foster lifelong connections with ISKL graduates
- Plan, organize, and execute alumni events, including reunions, networking sessions, and fundraising galas
- Manage and maintain the alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for alumni communications
- Identify and cultivate relationships with major donors and potential sponsors
- Coordinate alumni volunteer programs and leadership opportunities
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs
- Represent ISKL at alumni functions and serve as a liaison between the school and its alumni community
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in event planning and execution, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting
- Proficiency in CRM systems and database management
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising and donor cultivation
