Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the overall strategic direction and growth of the community services division.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial performance reporting.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with government bodies, local communities, and key stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor and develop senior leadership teams to foster professional growth and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of senior management experience in community services, public sector, or corporate social responsibility.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, leadership, and driving organizational change.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; ability to travel as required.
