We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Specialist to join the CW Global People team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Amazon Seller Central account, acting as the guardian of our online brand presence. If you have a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for driving sales growth, we want to meet you.
As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-day management of our Amazon store. This involves conducting in-depth keyword research to optimize product listings, ensuring they rank high in search results. You will also manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing data to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Beyond listings, you will handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring high seller ratings and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with the logistics team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to reduce ACoS and maximize ROI.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high seller ratings.
- Analyze sales performance reports and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Amazon SEO tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
