Join ByteDance's Global Payments team as an AML Compliance Product Manager and shape the future of financial security for our global ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain AML/sanctions screening products with real-time monitoring capabilities
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications
- Partner with engineering teams to implement robust compliance automation tools
- Analyze transaction patterns to detect and mitigate financial crime risks
- Collaborate with global compliance teams to align with regional regulations (FATF, OFAC)
- Drive product roadmap prioritization based on risk assessment and business needs
- Lead user acceptance testing and provide compliance training to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in AML compliance with focus on sanctions screening or financial crime prevention
- Proven experience managing B2B payment products or fintech compliance solutions
- Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (FATF, OFAC, MAS)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in transaction monitoring systems
- Product management certification or equivalent technical background
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field
