- Monitor and enforce compliance with standard procedures in warehousing and distribution operations
- Conduct internal audits of documentation and operational activities to identify non-conformances
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for internal control processes
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management review and corrective action
- Collaborate with department heads to establish compliance training programs
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and industry standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal control, compliance, or auditing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to procedural detail
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in food manufacturing/distribution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CCEP) is advantageous
