Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for equity capital markets transactions
- Assist in structuring and executing IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
- Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation and scenario analysis
- Prepare compelling pitch books and presentation materials for institutional clients
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments affecting Indonesian capital markets
- Collaborate with deal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and compliance
- Analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscapes to identify ECM opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or quantitative field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, ECM, or equity research
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in complex calculations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin language skills advantageous
- Deep understanding of Indonesian capital markets regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities
