Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on various real asset sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, and renewable energy markets across Asia.
- Support the team in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Perform data collection, synthesis, and interpretation to inform strategic decision-making and investment recommendations.
- Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and management of existing real assets portfolio companies.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client interactions to gain broader business exposure.
- Undertake ad-hoc analytical tasks and project support as required by senior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated strong academic achievement and a genuine interest in real assets, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
- Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or real estate is highly advantageous.
- Availability for a full-time off-cycle internship, typically lasting 3-6 months.
