Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with regional business units to prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for the banking sector.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management to drive business performance.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support regulatory reporting and ensure strict compliance with local financial standards (PSAK) and international accounting principles.
- Analyze credit risks and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making and credit portfolio management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk and Operations, to optimize financial workflows and controls.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate financial results and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables.
- Deep understanding of IFRS or local accounting standards (PSAK) and banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
