Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the PBF warehouse, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient inventory turnover.
- Ensure strict compliance with BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) regulations regarding drug storage, handling, and labeling.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of pharmacists and warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to manage product availability and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Conduct regular quality audits to verify product integrity and adherence to Good Storage Practices (GSP).
- Handle client inquiries and complaints regarding pharmaceutical products professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to stock levels, sales performance, and inventory shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy from a recognized accredited university.
- Valid Indonesian Pharmacy License (Izin Praktek Apoteker) and active NIA (Nomor Induk Apoteker).
- Proven experience working in a PBF (Penyedia Barang Farmasi) environment, preferably with supervisory responsibility.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, drug classification, and storage requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced distribution setting.
