Join PT Lami Packaging Indonesia as an Application Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line IT support for MES and manufacturing applications
- Install, configure, and maintain MES software across production lines
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Support integration between MES and ERP/SCADA systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with MES or manufacturing software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows/Linux server environments
- Knowledge of SQL database management
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
