We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Planning & Analysis team as an Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis within a dynamic and international environment.
As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced finance professionals, supporting the FP&A function in key processes such as monthly reporting, variance analysis, and strategic planning. You will learn to use financial systems and tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Support month-end closing activities including variance analysis and reporting
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and business performance reviews
- Maintain and update financial models and databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
