This 2-month immersive program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Marketing Communications team in developing and executing communication strategies for the company.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Support the organization of company events, trade shows, and internal communications activities.
- Draft, proofread, and edit marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and presentations.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare basic reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduates (0-1 year experience) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Proactive attitude with a keen interest in the industrial and energy sector.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work effectively in a team setting.
