You will work directly on-site to monitor water quality, fish health, and growth metrics, while analyzing data to optimize yield and sustainability. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze water quality parameters (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen) in aquaculture ponds and facilities.
- Conduct regular field surveys to assess stock health, growth rates, and feeding efficiency.
- Collect and process biological and environmental data using modern telemetry and manual recording tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on field conditions and suggest operational improvements to management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement sustainable farming protocols and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to disease outbreaks or environmental stressors.
- Train junior staff on proper data collection techniques and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in field research, aquaculture monitoring, or agricultural analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with water quality testing equipment and data logging software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to remote field sites within the Jakarta Raya area.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor and wet conditions.
