Tanggung Jawab
- Install and configure new arcade gaming machines and peripheral equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Execute precise repairs on arcade circuit boards, power supplies, and control panels.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and components to ensure timely repairs.
- Collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime and ensure seamless customer gaming experiences.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for all serviced equipment.
- Ensure all machines comply with safety standards and operational regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical maintenance, ideally within the gaming or amusement industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Hands-on experience using multimeters, soldering irons, and standard hand tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable working with machinery, including lifting and assembly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support to on-site staff.
