We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Pampanga. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound and compliant with local regulations. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between conceptual design and on-site implementation, working closely with a variety of consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality building solutions.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect with over eight years of professional experience. You must possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, and the ability to manage complex construction schedules and material requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive material and method statements (MMS) for construction projects to ensure quality control and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate various design elements seamlessly.
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to identify potential issues before construction begins.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with approved designs, and manage on-site teams.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Central Luzon.
- Prepare project reports, timelines, and cost estimates using AutoCAD and Excel.
- Collaborate with the project management team to optimize project workflows and resolve design conflicts.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Professional Architect with a valid registration.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, construction supervision, and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design modifications.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
