Tanggung Jawab
- Design architectural plans, 3D models, and technical specifications for diverse projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Lead client consultations and translate requirements into actionable design solutions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and urban planners for seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to validate design feasibility and construction quality
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop sustainable design strategies incorporating environmental best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional Architectural license (Philippines)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of local building codes and zoning laws
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating design innovation and technical execution
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- LEED certification or sustainable design training preferred
