Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the preparation of architectural design concepts and preliminary sketches.
- Draft and update technical drawings and blueprints using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Develop 3D models and renderings for client presentations using SketchUp.
- Collaborate with the plumbing design team to ensure integrated building systems.
- Manage project documentation, including filing, site reports, and design revisions.
- Conduct site visits and assist in on-site inspections as required by project leads.
- Support the team in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit and SketchUp is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic architectural design principles and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise technical work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the firm.
