Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and preparing architectural drawings using CAD software
- Participate in site visits and surveys to understand project requirements and constraints
- Prepare and update technical documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections
- Support the preparation of permit applications and compliance with local building codes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity
- Research building materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices
- Attend client meetings and design reviews to gain exposure to project communication
- Contribute to the development of 3D models and visualizations for project presentations
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar architectural software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accept constructive feedback
- Eagerness to learn and develop architectural knowledge and skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in sustainable design and construction practices
