Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing architectural drawings and construction documentation using CAD/BIM software
- Participate in design charrettes and concept development workshops
- Conduct site analysis, measurements, and existing conditions documentation
- Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials for client proposals
- Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure project cohesion
- Support compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations
- Maintain organized project files and documentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (or similar BIM tools)
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design theory
- Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial reasoning skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
