We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Assistant Design Manager to lead a critical Land Transport Authority (LTA) MRT infrastructure project in Singapore's West Region. This pivotal role requires an experienced professional with deep expertise in LTA project coordination and architectural design management within a consultancy environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless design integration across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with Singapore's stringent regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design coordination for LTA MRT infrastructure projects in the West Region
- Manage design documentation and compliance with LTA standards and Singapore building codes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and government agencies
- Oversee design quality control and resolution of technical issues during construction phase
- Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to architectural milestones
- Conduct site inspections and design reviews to maintain project integrity
- Liaise with LTA officials and stakeholders for design approvals and modifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design with LTA MRT projects
- Proven track record as main coordinator in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Extensive experience working under architectural design consultancies
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and LTA requirements
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
