Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Review and coordinate architectural submissions for regulatory approvals, ensuring full compliance with Singapore's Building Control By-Laws.
- Assist in the preparation of material specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in feasibility studies for new projects.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and technical details.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Architectural Associate or Architect within the Singapore market.
- Valid Professional Architect registration or Degree in Architecture.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in Healthcare, Utility, or Industrial project types.
- Proficient in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities.
