Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate 2D architectural plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models and interior/exterior renderings using SketchUp.
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design intent is clearly translated into technical documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents and detailed material specifications.
- Conduct design reviews to identify potential conflicts or inconsistencies in blueprints.
- Manage project files efficiently, ensuring timely delivery according to set project timelines.
- Integrate structural and MEP data into primary architectural drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent vocational diploma in Drafting Technology.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion) is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Building Codes and construction standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a project-based timeline.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret conceptual sketches accurately.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous architectural drafting and modeling work.
