Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Oversee project timelines and schedules, ensuring milestones are met efficiently
- Manage relationships between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design standards and regulations
- Resolve technical discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and quality requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural coordination or project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and construction regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
