Weima Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to lead critical site operations in Singapore's dynamic construction landscape. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate architectural site works to ensure safe, efficient project execution while maintaining compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. You will serve as the technical liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, resolving complex issues and maintaining seamless communication throughout project lifecycles. The position requires meticulous documentation management, including drawing reviews, specification updates, and progress reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate architectural site works to ensure safe, efficient project execution
- Manage and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports)
- Liaise between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and adherence to timelines/budgets
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural coordination or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
- Excellent problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
