Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications for modular building systems
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity and code compliance
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate with construction teams for installation
- Research and implement innovative modular design solutions and materials
- Prepare project documentation including bills of materials, cost estimates, and timelines
- Present design proposals and technical specifications to clients and management
- Stay updated with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in modular/prefabricated construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
