Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage architectural design development, documentation, and submission processes for large-scale projects.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Review and approve detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (BCA, URA, etc.).
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to architectural plans.
- Mentor and develop junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate design review meetings and liaise with clients to resolve technical issues proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Building Science.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design or project coordination, ideally within a main-contractor environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's building regulations and construction practices (experience in Singapore is a significant advantage).
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing a team.
