Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, sections, and elevations for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate closely with lead architects to transform conceptual designs into comprehensive technical documentation.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning requirements in Sabah.
- Utilize advanced CAD and BIM software to produce accurate 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges during project lifecycles.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all revisions are captured accurately in the design pipeline.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an architectural or design consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong understanding of structural principles, building materials, and construction methodology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design intent clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in modern design trends and sustainable architectural practices.
