Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design development for commercial property projects
- Coordinate design procurement processes and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Control Act and URA guidelines
- Develop design specifications and tender documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders on design feasibility and budget optimization
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables through BIM workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years in property development or design procurement
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations
- Experience in commercial/residential project development
- Certified PMP or similar project management qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
