Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and personnel management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce strict security protocols, emergency response plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external security consultants when necessary.
- Manage training programs and briefings for security officers to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access logs, and security reports for any suspicious activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security matters and incident reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a similar leadership role within the security industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-security environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid security licenses (e.g., AKAP) and relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions quickly in emergency situations.
