Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises continuously to prevent theft, violence, or any illegal acts.
- Patrol the restaurant and surrounding areas regularly to identify and address potential security risks.
- Control access at entry and exit points, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations in accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular checks on doors, windows, and equipment to ensure they are secured properly.
- Write and submit daily activity reports and incident logs accurately.
- Provide assistance to customers and staff when necessary to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a similar protective role is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Security Guard License (KIP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Honest, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during emergencies.
