Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor area staff to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure consistency and quality across all designated locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost local sales performance and market penetration.
- Manage team scheduling, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution within the area.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain effective communication channels between field teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of sales management principles and field operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in local language and business acumen within the Badung, Bali area.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
