Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive brand revenue and market penetration.
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring high efficiency in production and fulfillment processes.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure zero-stockout scenarios while optimizing holding costs.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline inter-departmental communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and project management methodologies.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-evolving retail/product environment in Bogor.
