Join Fore Kopi Indonesia as an Area Manager and lead our expansion across the Sulawesi region. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive operational excellence and business growth in one of Indonesia's fastest-growing coffee chains.
As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple outlet operations, ensuring consistency in service quality, customer experience, and adherence to brand standards. You'll work closely with our head office team to implement strategic initiatives, manage P&L performance, and develop high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise operations across multiple Fore Kopi outlets in the Sulawesi region
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets set by the regional management team
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and customer service standards
- Recruit, train, and develop outlet managers and team members
- Monitor inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cost control measures
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and implement corrective action plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Report on operational metrics and provide recommendations for performance improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry
- Proven track record in area or regional management role within retail or F&B sector
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of P&L management and financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel within the Sulawesi region as needed
