Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch team members through performance evaluations and professional development
- Monitor financial performance including budget adherence, expense control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and local business requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in leadership roles (Supervisor/Branch Manager preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in retail/beauty industry
