Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise field operations within the Ogan Komering Ulu area to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field staff to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement local strategies to expand market reach and strengthen customer relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with operational procedures and risk management protocols.
- Analyze area performance data and provide actionable reports to regional management.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to build trust and increase brand awareness in the community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, microfinance, or field management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the local area (Ogan Komering Ulu) and its market dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational challenges independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
