Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to ensure company targets are met.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate market conditions and competitor activity.
- Negotiate effectively with distributors and key stakeholders to maximize brand reach and availability.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for management to support data-backed decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales distribution channel.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to provide insights that improve conversion rates and territory productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business development, or area sales management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and consumer behavior trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the local Jambi market landscape.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
