Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives to improve their individual and collective performance.
- Monitor field activities and ensure the consistent implementation of sales programs and promotions.
- Analyze regional sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders in the Palembang region.
- Ensure optimal inventory management and distribution coverage within the designated area.
- Prepare regular performance updates and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision or coordinator roles, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the Palembang market and local trade dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging KPIs.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
