Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional Sharia business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of insurance sales agents.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against KPIs and take proactive corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and local business communities in Batam.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and product training to ensure the team is updated with the latest Sharia insurance solutions.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and Sharia regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in sales leadership within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of Sharia insurance (Takaful) principles and products is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and talent development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a competitive market.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Deep local knowledge and professional network within the Batam region.
