You will lead sales initiatives, develop key client relationships, and implement effective strategies to achieve regional targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors
- Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Train and mentor junior sales personnel

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Oil & Gas/Industrial sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience leading sales teams or managing key accounts
- Understanding of industrial products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
