PT Indonesia Evergreen Pasuruan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (Fish Feed) to spearhead our growth across Central Java, East Java, Bali, and West/East Nusa Tenggara (Nusra). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing high-level relationships with distributors, and leading a dedicated sales team to exceed ambitious targets. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge of fish farming and a proven track record of business development in the Indonesian agricultural or aquaculture sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the market share of fish feed products in designated regions.
- Identify and onboard new key accounts and distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to fish farmers to showcase the efficiency of Evergreen products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the local sales representatives to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the feed or aquaculture industry.
- Strong existing network of fish farmers and feed distributors in Central/East Java, Bali, and Nusra.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
