In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing distributor performance, and fostering deep relationships with key retail partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Bekasi area to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales supervisors and representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key distributors and modern/general trade accounts.
  • Ensure effective product distribution and availability (merchandising excellence) across all assigned retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and resolve operational challenges in real-time.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape, specifically in the Bekasi/Jabodetabek area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in sales force automation tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High degree of integrity, resilience, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
