You will work closely with retail partners, system integrators, and resellers to execute aggressive sales strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
  • Identify, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key IT distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and gain market share.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to regional management.
  • Conduct product training sessions for partners to ensure they are effectively positioned to sell the TP-Link portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local channel promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor inventory levels at the channel level to ensure product availability and optimal stock rotation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales management experience, specifically within the IT hardware or networking industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian IT channel, distribution networks, and retail landscape.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel within the region as required for partner meetings and business development.
