Are you a high-performing sales leader looking to drive growth for an iconic Indonesian food brand? Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture, the home of HATARI, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Riau region.

In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, distribution excellence, and team development. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who excels in navigating the competitive FMCG landscape, building strong relationships with distributors, and ensuring our products reach every corner of the Riau market. If you are passionate about food manufacturing and have a proven track record in field sales management, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve annual volume and revenue targets for the Riau territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key accounts to ensure product availability.
  • Oversee the expansion of distribution channels and ensure optimal product placement (visibility and display).
  • Monitor stock levels and warehouse operations to maintain supply chain efficiency within the region.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Proven expertise in regional territory management and distributor network development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage field sales representatives.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Riau region.
  • Deep understanding of the local Riau market dynamics is highly preferred.
