We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager/Supervisor to oversee our operations in the Jawa Timur and Bali regions. This is a strategic role designed for a sales professional who excels in market penetration, distributor management, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

As our Area Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our regional success, ensuring that our products are well-represented and that our sales team remains motivated and focused. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of the FMCG or food industry, who can build strong relationships with regional stakeholders while implementing effective sales strategies to maximize our market share in the competitive Jawa Timur and Bali landscapes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to improve individual and collective performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in Jawa Timur and Bali.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient distribution of products and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management or Supervisory roles, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep market knowledge of the Jawa Timur and Bali business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
